  • Misuse of the site, fraudulent bookings, or providing false details may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Third-Party Travel Providers

Assure World Tours acts only as an agent between you and the travel supplier (airline, hotel, train operator, car rental agency, etc.).

  • All bookings are subject to the rules, terms, conditions, and policies of the respective provider.

  • We cannot override or modify the policies of any third-party provider.

  • The provider is solely responsible for the delivery of travel services.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown on our website or quoted by our team are subject to change based on availability.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the fare is locked and non-changeable unless permitted by the airline/hotel.

  • Payment must be made using valid payment methods accepted by us.

  • Some prices may include taxes and service fees; others may show taxes separately.

4. Service Fees

Assure World Tours may charge service fees for:

  • New bookings

  • Changes and date modifications

  • Cancellations

  • Refund processing

  • Travel assistance

All service fees are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must comply with the policies of the airline, hotel, car rental company, or train service.

  • Many tickets, especially promotional or low-fare options, are non-refundable.

  • Refund eligibility, amount, and processing time depend entirely on the provider.

  • Assure World Tours does not issue refunds unless the provider approves them.

  • Refunds can take 7–30 business days, depending on the provider.

  • No-show bookings generally result in 100% forfeiture.

6. Changes & Rebooking

  • Changes are subject to provider rules, fare differences, and service charges.

  • Some bookings may not allow changes at all.

  • Assure World Tours will assist with change requests, but approval depends on provider availability and policies.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to board a flight or check-in at a hotel or service point results in a no-show status, which usually means:

  • Ticket becomes void

  • No refund allowed

  • Full fare forfeited

8. Travel Documents & Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Valid passport

  • Visa requirements

  • Transit/entry restrictions

  • COVID-19 or health documentation

  • On-time arrival at airport/train/hotel

  • Correct passenger information

Assure World Tours is not responsible for:

  • Denied boarding

  • Visa refusal

  • Immigration issues

  • Missed flights due to late arrival

  • Incorrect passenger details provided by you

9. Special Requests

Requests such as seat selection, meal preference, accessibility assistance, or room type are not guaranteed. These are fulfilled based on provider availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Assure World Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, loss, accidents, injuries, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, train operators, or rental companies.

  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from force majeure events, provider bankruptcy, or operational issues.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service.

11. Force Majeure Clause

Assure World Tours is not responsible or liable for any failure, delay, disruption, or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, storms)

  • War, terrorism, riots, civil unrest

  • Government regulations or travel bans

  • Epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies

  • Airline or airport strikes

  • Technical outages or system failures

  • Weather conditions impacting travel schedules

  • Unexpected operational issues from travel providers

In such cases:

  • Refunds, credits, or rebooking options are strictly subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or other travel providers.

  • Assure World Tours will assist you in communicating with providers but cannot guarantee compensation.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, text, images, design, and branding belong to Assure World Tours and cannot be copied or used without written permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

14. Fraud Prevention
